Manager is very racist Kathy Bowlen. I worked as her assistant and she looks over black applicants and wants the property ... to be "All white." She is very racist but swear she is Christian. She wears unprofessional clothing, shirt, short skirts and spanks. She is very sneaky and manipulative do not trust anything she says! I don't reccomend working or living in this community!! This is easily the worst living situation I've ever had (including when I was removed from housing prior due to the pandemic). ... The night I moved in there were already roaches in my bathroom. Throughout my stay more and more "ammenities" continue to degrade or outright stop being offerred. When I moved in we had a pool, and then 2 months later it was drained and never filled or cleaned again. Less than a year after I moved in our mailbox broke, and still has yet to be fixed even after I've moved out. And despite all of that, rent for a 2 bed 2 bath was well over $1000 a month. Current property situation- Several busted windows and sliding glass doors,light fixtures broken and hanging from bare wires,lawn ... service has only been out here once this yr,trash pick up has been suspended for the second time this year,it took 6 months to get a working AC. there is a HEAVY roach infestation, pest control hasn't been through here in over a yr,loose shingles on all buildings,water leaks. Our apartment was flooded ,and it was up to us to see about the standing water. Complaints have been made,and the leasing manager at the time said she wouldn't do anything about it. The itemized bill summary states that we are paying for all of these services that we are NOT getting ,they keep charging us for these service and maintenance fees and no one is seeing to them. Broken windows,broken doors,no lawn service,weeds are overgrown,pool's been closed for over 3 yrs, washers and dryers rip ... you off,4 leasing managers in 3 yrs,took 6 months for them to replace broken AC,TRASH EVERYWHERE,and as of now,the tenants have been abandoned ,no one in office to answer phone or emails. The office door now stays shut,and locked tight ,they removed the open/closed sign ,and no one here has seen ANYONE even go into the office. We were told they are working on getting a leasing manager ,but no one has worked here in MONTHS. Paying 880 a month for a 1 bdrm apartment, and was only paying g 690 when I moved in. They keep raising rent,they keep taking our money,and continue to neglect our needs. Was told by 2 different managers that they can't get on to tenants that violate lease rules because when they do,those people vandalize the property. Nowhere for kids to play so they run screaming up and down the breeze ways in between buildings,one guy sells drugs at the mail boxes all the time in front of everyone,and another man shoots his gun off in the parking lot.
